This 80 minute class is dedicated to all aspects and history of the Melbourne shuffle. I will be breaking down technique to it's simplest detail to help you develop a proper flow. You will learn about the differences in between cutting shapes and MS. Rocking will be emphasized in this class to help you improve your micro-bounce and sharpen your pivot. Expect a lot of drills designed to help you with speed, power and upper body. There will be short combos here and there but the class is mostly freestyle.
